Parking directly at the guesthouse is not possible due to its location (pedestrian zone). You can use the nearest parking areas:
- "nám. Hrdinů" (by the Polyclinic) – approx. 150 m away – free of charge Mon–Fri 5:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.; all day on weekends and public holidays
- "MVE Krnov" (Svatováclavská/Říční okruh) – approx. 180 m away – free of charge
- Šmeralova Street – approx. 150–200 m away – free of charge 

If you have booked breakfast, you will find the corresponding number of vouchers in your room upon arrival. Breakfast is served à la carte (of your choice) at our partner café "Malé Bistro Kafé", located about 150 m away. The price for breakfast when booked with your room is 200 CZK (regular price on Malé Bistro Kafé approx. 270 CZK). 

Opening hours: Monday–Friday: 7:00–9:00 Saturday: 8:00–10:00
On Sundays, the bistro is closed – breakfast will be prepared for you in the fridge at our guesthouse. 

It is absolutely necessary to complete the online check-in in advance, which is sent to you automatically after your reservation is confirmed. If the online check-in is not properly completed, the KEYBOX code will not be activated or sent to you. All required fields must be filled in!

If you have completed the online check-in correctly, you will receive an email no later than 24 hours before your arrival with the code to open the KEYBOX (a box containing the keys to the guesthouse and your room).

The standard check-in time is 1:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., and check-out is by 10:30 a.m. If you would like to adjust your check-in or check-out time, please include this request in the notes when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time if possible.

Please note that individual check-in/out times may be subject to an additional fee.

Each room is equipped with a modern infrared sauna, offering maximum comfort and privacy. The saunas are designed for 1–2 persons and their use is unlimited. However, there is a daily fee of 50 CZK (a flat charge for cleaning and disinfecting supplies). Please note that the sauna service must be booked when reserving your room

A reservation is usually confirmed only after a 100% deposit for the stay has been paid. If you have made a booking through our reservation system, your selected date will be held for a maximum of 2 days (option period). If payment is not received within this time, the reservation will be automatically released.

We apologize, but due to previous negative experiences, stays with pets are not allowed at our guesthouse.

You might be wondering why you should book directly with us instead of using booking platforms such as Booking.com or Hotels.com. By booking directly, you can save a significant amount of money, as commissions for booking portals can be up to 30% of your stay's price.
